Our Early-Stage Research (ESR) Start-up grants can support you at the beginning of your research project. The ESR is designed to provide support for one year to those who have completed a PhD or are beginning to become independent researchers. It can help fund consumables.
Applications are particularly welcome from younger members of the Society to give them the opportunity to follow a research plan leading to a full grant application.
